Put the seasonings water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle and voila: a meat mixture in just minutes. Hopper and four mixing paddles are stainless steel making them easy to clean and rust resistant. Includes clear acrylic PMMa cover. This 20 lb. mixer tub measures 11" L by 10 1/4" W by 13" H.
