Return Requests One return request per order – no exceptions. Make sure to include everything you want to return in your single submission.
When Can You Return Items?

- Must be in factory-new condition

✓ Changed Your Mind?
- 30 days to return after delivery
- You cover shipping costs
- Must be in original, unfired condition
- 20% restocking fee if item shows minimal use (mounted optics, opened box, etc.)
- Cannot return heavily used or modified items
- Send us photos if you’re unsure – we’ll let you know if it qualifies
Delivery Problems
- Failed deliveries or denied FFL transfers: 20% restocking fee applies
- Lost/stolen/damaged packages: See our dedicated shipping issues page
Defective Products Work directly with the manufacturer for warranty service. Need help finding their contact info? Let us know. If they don’t offer at least a 30-day warranty, we’ll step in to help.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On:
- Ammunition – Federal regulations prohibit returns
- Firearms – Must inspect at FFL; only wrong model shipments can be returned
- Tannerite/Explosives – Federal safety regulations prevent returns
- Aerosols/Liquids/Powders – Hazmat shipping restrictions
- Flamethrowers – Carrier and safety restrictions

- We may limit returns for accounts with excessive requests
